Shipping policy

Orders ship within 1–2 business days after confirmation (excluding Sundays and Indian public holidays)

Delivery timeline: Metro cities 5-7 business days; Rest of India 7-14 business days (remote areas may take longer)

Shipping charges are shown at checkout; free shipping may apply on select order values or promotions

We ship across India via trusted courier partners; tracking details are shared by SMS/email once dispatched

Address changes/cancellations are allowed only before dispatch; once shipped, changes may not be possible

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available in select PIN codes; an additional COD fee (if any) is displayed at checkout

For COD orders, please keep the exact amount ready; refusal or repeated non-acceptance may restrict future COD eligibility

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused products in original condition, with tags, box, and invoice

Non-returnable: used/washed items, damaged boxes due to mishandling, free gifts, and final-sale/clearance items (if marked)

To request a return/exchange, contact support with your order ID and photos (if needed)

Refunds (or replacements) are processed after quality check; refunds are issued to the original payment method (COD refunds via bank transfer/UPI)
